Interpreter vs Mediator
Interpreter: person who interprets, especially one who translates speech orally.
Mediator: a person who attempts to make people involved in a conflict come to an agreement; a go-between.
There will never be a relationship without an interpreter but a mediator works himself out of a job.
When teaching God's word, never be a person's interpreter otherwise when you fail to arrive they can't thrive. Be a mediator that teaches them how to start, grow and have a relationship with God without you ;)
