No to Sin Yes to Jesus

This is NOT going to be a popular post. This isn't one filled with love and patting someone on the head, telling them to keep sinning, God loves you anyway. I am tired of that. A sinner is a sinner, unless they get saved and repent then they are going to bust hell wide open. You can love them but not their sin. Sin is sin. I saw a picture recently that said "If Satan got kicked out of heaven for sin, what makes you think you will make it into heaven in sin? Basically saying you can't keep saying I'm a Christian but living like the Devil's minion. We are called to REPENT from our wicked ways. Do you know what that means?

Acts 3: 19 Repent ye therefore, and be converted, that your sins may be blotted out, when the times of refreshing shall come from the presence of the Lord.
Repent doesn't mean coming to the altar every Sunday and asking for forgiveness for something and then going out less than an hour later and doing the same thing. Repent means turning from the wicked thing, praying and crying out to Jesus when you are tempted and overcoming it, and NOT going back. You can't keep playing "church". The world is coming up strong against the church, it hates the hypocrites, why? Because church people act all holier than thou on Sunday while dancing with the devil the rest of the week. STOP IT! You are turning people away from Jesus because of your fakeness. Are Christians perfect? NO! Should we try to act perfect? NO, we should do what James 5:16 says - Confess your faults one to another, and pray one for another, that ye may be healed. The effectual fervent prayer of a righteous man availeth much.

As long as Christians are acting perfect and like they are so great and don't need Jesus then they are nothing more than a stumbling block for the sinners. Oh yeah, I just said that. If you are a Christian who is acting perfect, playing both sides of the fence, sinning and acting like it is ok, then you are a STUMBLING BLOCK.

I have been studying Leviticus. Hard book of the Bible to study but God has brought revelation to me concerning Leviticus. I am studying about Chapter 13 and I really saw alot of similarities to the church in this chapter.

Leviticus 13:3 - And the priest shall look on the plague in the skin of the flesh: and when the hair in the plague is turned white, and the plague in sight be deeper than the skin of his flesh, it is a plague of leprosy: and the priest shall look on him, and pronounce him unclean.


Guess what? I actually have seen Leprosy. I saw it in Africa, and guess what? It did NOT look any different then the skin disease I have had since I was a little girl. You know what the difference was? The outside all looked the same but the inside wasn't.

Leprosy had such a scare as a name that it is actually called Hansen's disease now. Multiple sources say about 90-95% of people are immune to it. People in the southern US can get it from armadillos. It isn't transferred from touch but from tiny germs in the air, released from a sneeze or a cough. And guess what else? I always thought the fingers and toes were rotting off of a person when they had leprosy but nope. Their body is reabsorbing their fingers and toes. Leprosy also kills the nerves throughout the body. The cure is three antibiotics that must be taken up 1-2 years. So there is a little medical history since the nurse side of me loves understanding a disease.

Let's go back to verse 3, do you know what I got out of that? The outside looks a little different, but deep down their is a horrible disease that is about to kill the whole body unless help is obtained. There is a white hair that signifies that it is leprosy and that the person is unclean.

I got this out of that verse 3. There are church people who are in ministry who are putting on the appearance of holiness (white hair). They get in front of the church every Sunday (7 days) and putting on "perfection". But their sins that they think is hidden deep down where nobody can see it, is KILLING and cutting them off from God. They have been acting so fake for so long that even new sins are not affecting them and they are being reabsorbed into their body and they are becoming so disfigured spiritually that there is no hope for them. The direct line of communication with God is being shut down, and they have lost their anointing. They try what everybody else is doing to bring back the anointing but unless they find sin's cure, they can't be restored and healed. And do you know what that is? JESUS. They must confess their sins and repent, TURN and not do the sin again. Stop putting on the fake "perfect" mask, JESUS WAS THE ONLY PERFECT ONE. You should strive to live for Jesus but not act like you are so perfect you miss who Jesus is, your Saviour.

Do you know in the old testament that the High Priest could only come into the Holy of Holies once a year, and that if His garment had a blemish on it, that God would strike him down dead. Wow, just a blemish on his clothing would get him killed. God knows your heart, he knows the outside and the inside of you. He knows the sins you are hiding, and the longer you run from His mercy, the harder it is going to be to humble yourself and pray, repent and ask for help. Turn back to God before He turns you over to a reprobate mind.

Hebrews 4:12- For the word of God is quick, and powerful, and sharper than any two edged sword, piercing even to the dividing asunder of soul and spirit, and of the joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart.

Romans 1:26 - 32 - For this cause God gave them up unto vile affections: for even their women did change the natural use into that which is against nature: 27And likewise also the men, leaving the natural use of the woman, burned in their lust one toward another; men with men working that which is unseemly, and receiving in themselves that recompence of their error which was meet. 28And even as they did not like to retain God in their knowledge, God gave them over to a reprobate mind, to do those things which are not convenient; 29Being filled with all unrighteousness, fornication, wickedness, covetousness, maliciousness; full of envy, murder, debate, deceit, malignity; whisperers, 30Backbiters, haters of God, despiteful, proud, boasters, inventors of evil things, disobedient to parents, 31Without understanding, covenantbreakers, without natural affection, implacable, unmerciful: 32Who knowing the judgment of God, that they which commit such things are worthy of death, not only do the same, but have pleasure in them that do them.


But there is hope, in Jesus.

2 Chronicles 7:14 - If my people, which are called by my name, shall humble themselves, and pray, and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways; then will I hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land.

This scripture is spoke alot in the prosperity world, I am NOT a fan of that "religion", but that is a WHOLE other study. Read this scripture, what is land? Land is something you live in, abide in or own. What is your body? It is where your soul abides in, right? So your body is a land, correct? Ok, so if you turn from your sins, seek Jesus, TURN from your wicked ways, Jesus will forgive you and HEAL your land (body/life). I'm not saying the reason you have problems in your body or life is because of sin, but I am not saying it isn't either. That is between you and God to work out, not me. But I will say alot of times, you aren't being blessed, because you have your fingers crossed behind your back and linking arms with the devil, while smiling and covering up your blemished outfit.


REPENT, TURN AND FIND YOUR RESTORATION, PEACE AND STRENGTH IN THE LORD. Now, I have my own sins, that I must repent of and turn from and ask Jesus to forgive. Yes, me. I am NOT perfect. I am a vessel that I pray God will use daily to shine for Him. I pray I can learn to control my flesh and allow Jesus to shine, no matter the circumstances. I fall short alot, but I know a Saviour who forgives me and restores me. Pray from your heart, seek Jesus and ask Him to reveal areas in your life that need to be changed, things you need to repent of, so you can be a light and not a stumbling block in this already dark world. This isn't popular but life is too short to love you to hell, I am praying you will turn and get right with Jesus and I will see you in eternity.
